Why: The new system will make scheduling easier, improve appointment reminders, and give you more control over bookings and cancellations.

What changes:

All appointments must be booked through the new system beginning June 1.
Existing appointments scheduled before June 1 will be honored; you do not need to rebook them.
After June 1, you will receive confirmation emails from the new system and may need to create or verify an account to manage bookings.

Watch for an email in late May with instructions to create or verify your account.
